How to Request Account Deletion
- Open Sudoklash.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to My Page.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion.
If you cannot access the app, contact us through the in-app feedback option when available or use the support information on this website. Include your sign-in provider and the approximate time you last used the account.
Data Deleted
Account deletion removes the app data tied to your Sudoklash account, including:
- Your sign-in account record used by Sudoklash.
- Your point balance.
- Your duel game history.
- Profile-related account data used by app features.
Data Retention
Most account data is deleted when the request is completed. Some operational logs, security records, or records required for legal, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention purposes may be retained for a limited period where necessary.
Deleting your Sudoklash account does not delete your Apple ID, Google Account, or permissions managed by Apple or Google. You can manage those permissions in your Apple ID or Google Account settings.
