Account and Points
Points are tied to your signed-in account. If your point balance appears different, make sure you signed in with the same provider and account you used before.

Inside the app, open My Page and choose Feedback to send a suggestion or report a problem. For account problems, include the sign-in provider, approximate time, and what screen you were using.
